Abidjan, Jan 2 (AIP) - Marcel de Souza, chairman of the Commission of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), on Tuesday in Abomey-Calavi, Benin, Construction of the West African Electricity Exchange System (WAPP) Information and Coordination Center (CIC), better known as WAPP.
